Order Status

  • When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This is our affirmation that we’ll begin packaging and shipping your items as soon as possible.
  • Once we finish packaging and shipping your order, we will send you an email with all of the tracking information you need. From there, all you have to do is wait for your new items to arrive!
  • After the package is shipped from our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping company. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise unusable packages. In the event that you are unable to track your package, please reach out to the shipping company directly


Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders within the United States ship through USPS Priority or First Class Mail for a flat rate of $5.99
  • Any orders over $100 within the United States will ship for free through USPS Priority Mail
  • Shipping within the United States takes anywhere from 2-10 days
  • While we have plans to expand, we currently only ship within the United States


Shipping Time

  • All ready-to-ship, in-stock, and clearance items are shipped within 1-3 business days from order placement
  • Made-to-order items will ship out within 2-4 weeks of order placement
  • At this time, we cannot accommodate rush orders



We are sad to see that you did not enjoy your product, but please take a moment to review our return policies.

  • You may only return an item up to 14 days after the date it was delivered
  • The item(s) must not have been used, worn, tampered with, or anything of the like. They must be placed in their original packaging and original condition
  • Please provide us with a copy of your invoice/packing receipt (given during delivery). We would also appreciate an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s), for our own records
  • If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 5 days of delivery
  • Unless damaged, holiday special items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Customised apparel is non-returnable
  • We cannot refund shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
  • Refunds are processed between 10-15 business days after we receive your return item. If your item does not meet any of these criteria, we will be unable to process your return. Otherwise, we will send you an email when your return is complete.
  • We are unable to fulfill requests to exchange. Kindly cancel your order and purchase a new item instead
